The service which is in closed beta requires you to request for an invitation to use the Free 2GB Storage Plan.
A 10GB Monthly Storage Plan for $10.00 (USD) per month is also listed on the website.
The service provides:

# File synchronization between multiple machines
# Access to your files away from your computers via the web interface
